File and then Render As\n2. Save as type: Windows Media Video V9 (*.wmv)\n Template: Default Template\n3. On the right side of \"Template\" click \'Custom\'\n4. Video Rendering Quality: Best\n5. *Audio Tab* (On the bottom)\n Attributes: 128 kbps, 44 kHz, stereo (A/V) CBR\n6. *Video Tab*\n Quality: Drag it to the right so that it\'s 100%\n Frame rate (fps): 30.000\n7. Go up where it says \"Default Template\" and highlight it, \n after it\'s highlighted, type in whatever you want to call it\n eg. YouTube Quality and then press the floppy diskto \n save it.\n8.
