Playing with the photo pan and zoom function in a video editing program (Pin.Studio 11). First test, therefore primitive. I may add the method later. Photos captured from HV20 footage. [Note, sometimes video in YTube freezes, yet plays when clicked past first frame or so. If it freezes for you, try click on right edge of the donut.]From my notes, how I do it:\n9.2.07\nPut photos on Timeline. \nClick any specific photo to apply effects using \nMoving Picture. NOTE if a photo gets a \nDOUBLE CLICK, a different effect pane opens \ncalled Pan And Zoom that allows \"Animate \nfrom start to end\" IN A LINEAR MOVE ONLY. \nIf this pane opens, click the X box to close it.\n\nClick Toolbox on menu bar.\n\nClick Add Video Effects. A window rises up in \nthe files or toolbox pane.\nUnder \"Add Video Effect\" heading, Click \nSTAGETOOLS\nClick Effect: Moving Picture\nDouble Click \"Moving Picture\"\nPreview window shows no image yet just blank.\nClick\"Edit Moving Picture\".\n\nIn popup window (full screen) look at bottom \nand see: 10%, 50%, 25% 10% with OK at \ndefault 50%. (Can change percent by clicking \nradio button, then maybe ok).\nBelow percents, see:\nPos [meaning Position] 960,544 [meaning \nposition on screen]\nWid [meaning Width] 1920\nRot [rotation] 0,0,0 [Rotating control appears \nas an arrowtip circle at upper left edge of \noutilne frame. \n\nA CENTER CROSS shows on photo.\nMove MOUSE over photo to get a Hand icon.\nA rectangular line FRAME outlines the picture \nappears, use mouse to drag the lines to area \nwhere to START the moving picture. A cross still \nappears inside this frame. Or Use CROSS to drag \nthe entire box - notice the result of each move \nin the PREVIEW window (relocatable) to avoid \nno-photo bars in the photo.\n\nIn the VIEWER WINDOW in upper right corner, \nPLAY by clicking the START ARROW - then \nSTOP PLAY by clicking the stop button after \nplaying for desired number of milliseconds.\nThen MOVE THE FRAME AGAIN. \nRepeat PLAY (click the START ARROW).\nDrag the CENTER CROSS TO PAN to any area \nof photo (for ex, to the left to another image in \nthe photo), or drag frame corner to ZOOM \nacross photo. REPEAT THE CLICK PLAY, \nCLICK STOP.
