There should be 4 of them each worth 1.25 pts When you do this survey click yes for both questions. On the next page you fill out everything normally. and when you click submit you will be brought to a page where you put stuff like what you smoke and etc. If you dont smoke i think its ok if you fill in random brands and etc. Tell me if im wrong. So when your done with that page click submit and you will be directed to a page that says you have been entered into the sweepstakes or something. Wait here for 2-5 mins(I waited for 20mins just to make sure) and close the page. You should get credited within minutes or hours.
