This short film was created in the fall of 2004 as a final project for Communication 331 (a video production course at the University of Massachusetts Amherst). This version of the film is a director\'s cut edition that I re-edited during the Summer of 2006 using Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects.Meet Jack, a talented poker enthusiast that plays a dirty hand to get by. Cheating people out of their money has always come easy to him, until now. Upon agreeing to help his friend out of debt by cheating in a high stakes poker game, Jack begins to have second thoughts not just about his cheating but about the lifestyle that he has chosen for himself. Now, on the precipice of his underground career and in the biggest game of his life, Jack must reconcile the demons of his past and face the inevitable fate that awaits him.
