HK Film Fest 2008 - INEVITABLE WEB DESIGN VIDEOS - PHOTO EDITING VIDEO CLIPS

Inevitable is a film produced by Kev Kelsey and Ryan Hawkins for Haddam-Killingworth High School\'s Film Fest 2008. The film is modeled after David Fincher\'s (Fight Club, Se7en) style of directing. This is exemplified by the use of low lit shots and cooler color temperatures, as well as narrative. Our first goal in the making of Inevitable was to make it stand out from the competition. We tried to achieve that by making our film look more like a Hollywood film than the typical independant film. In order to do this, we shot our film in widescreen and added the letterboxing to give it more ofa theatrical feel. We also filmized the entire movie, which controls color temperature as well as makes the images look much softer (as if it were shot on film) than traditional video. *\n\nThe video was edited by Kev Kelsey using Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 and Adobe After Effects CS3. Every single shotused in the film has a visual effect added to it. The audio was edited by Ryan Hawkins using Final Cut Pro and Soundtrack Pro. There was almost no natural sound used, everything was added in during editing.\n\n*A director\'s cut version will appear on Youtube in the next few weeks with \"behind-the-scenes\" and \"making of\" features as well as air on H-KTV all summer.\n\nAnd also, we\'d love to hear feedback from you, so please, feel free to post any comments/questions.
